Moody River offers a community pool, spa, tennis, playground, fitness center and more. Here you can enjoy your vacation and the famous SW Florida Sunset with your family and friends. Monthly Rate $6,000(Dec-Apr) and $4,900 (May-Nov) plus 11.5% tax on monthly rent and cleaning fee of $250
